Expected Product Delivery Date

  • If there are any defects with the product, please contact us at the listed contact information within 7 days of arrival. Please note that we cannot accept products without tags or those worn outdoors.

Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations, Defective Products
We will accept these based on the return policy below.

Store-Responsible Returns and Exchanges

  • For wrong products, damaged items, shipping damage, or items judged to be our store's fault, we will process returns and exchanges with shipping costs borne by the store.
  • Please contact us within 2 days of product arrival (including the product receipt date) and return within 5 days (including the product receipt date).
  • If the deadline is exceeded, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
  • If the same product is in stock, we will exchange it; if not in stock, we will provide a refund.

Customer-Requested Returns and Exchanges

This refers to cases other than store responsibility above. (Size differences and image differences are included here.)

In this case, you will bear the shipping costs at the time of dispatch (list price), return shipping costs (shipped with sender paying), cash on delivery fees (for cash on delivery), payment processing fees (for credit card payments), and bank transfer fees for refunds.

Please contact us within 2 days of product arrival (including the product receipt date) and return within 3 days (including the product receipt date).

If the deadline is exceeded, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

  • Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not possible for products where more than 10 days have passed from the order date to product receipt.
  • Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not possible for products that have already been requested for exchange once.
  • Returns and exchanges are not possible for SALE products and coupon-discounted products.
  • Returns and exchanges are not possible for earrings due to hygiene concerns.
  • Product packaging and boxes may show damage from the time of delivery, so we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for damage.
  • Returns and exchanges are not possible after use (including cases where price tags have been cut).
  • Our store does not accept returns due to long-term absence or refusal to receive.

For long-term absence or intentional refusal to receive products after shipping, we will charge round-trip shipping costs and cash on delivery fees, and the bank transfer fees incurred will also be borne by the customer.
