Returns and Exchanges Due to Customer Circumstances

We generally do not accept order cancellations, changes, or returns of delivered products due to customer circumstances (such as "different from what I expected" or "ordered by mistake"). Please understand this before placing your order. During the product manufacturing process, deviations of approximately 2-3cm may occur. In such cases, these will not be treated as defective products, so please understand this in advance.

Returns and Exchanges Due to Product Defects

If you receive a different product than what you ordered, or if there are issues with product damage or quality, we will accept returns following these procedures:
  1. Please contact us by email or phone within 3 days of product arrival.
  2. After that, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please return the incorrectly delivered or defective product within 7 days of arrival using cash on delivery.
  3. We will ship a replacement with a good product. ※Our store will bear the shipping costs for exchanges.

However, we cannot accept returns or exchanges in any of the following cases:

  • When the product has been used
  • When the delivery slip has been lost
  • When 8 days have passed since product arrival

Shipping Cost Responsibility for Returns and Exchanges

After contacting our company, the user should return the relevant product. In this case, our company will bear the shipping costs (limited to returns from the delivery address where our company shipped the product). After we confirm the returned product and verify that the relevant product has defects or is the wrong item, we will exchange it for the correct product. At that time, exchanges for other products, colors, or sizes cannot be made. Only when product inventory cannot be secured will we respond with a refund. (Please note that refund timing may take time depending on the payment service you use.) (Please understand that response may take additional time when Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and year-end/New Year periods are involved.)
